I'm not trying to get skinny,
I'm trying to get ready to take on the world.
Being fit and healthy is more than a hobby or a fad.  It is a lifestyle,  a lifestyle that I've been trying to be more consistent with. I haven't hopped aboard the crazy fitness fad train, but I have been trying to keep up with a steady regime of a workout routine,  eating a little better (without sacrificing flavor), and just generally trying to take better care of my body. 
So I have compiled some of the typical things I eat and my favorite at home yoga videos, I try to keep these in my life daily with green tea supplements, and a good attitude. 

Green Tea has a lot of great health benefits including: improving brain function, increases fat burning, and help you lose weight, as well as helping to promote brain health, diminish risks of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.  

In other words, you should be adding green tea to your diet and daily to your life.  Otherwise, you will probably die a horrible death. Kidding, sort of.

| cajun grilled shrimp corn tortilla tacos with avocado, queso fresco, pico, mixed greens, 
and a side of black beans. 

| eggie in the baskets on garlic toast with fresh pecorino cheese

| pulled pork on an over-medium egg with black beans and rice

| almond 'no breading' breaded chicken, sweet onions and sweet potatoes, 
with an arugula, tomato, and feta salad. 
| curry meatballs over spaghetti squash with a coconut curry sauce 
and a side of roasted brussel sprouts.

| shrimp, tomato, pepper ragu over polenta with broccoli rabe 

| gluten free penne with pesto, topped with an egg, 
tomatoes, balsamic greens, and fresh cheese.  

| bananas, dark chocolate, and dark chocolate peanut butter with
a glass of touch of honey almond milk

| dry rubbed, balsamic chicken & portobellos over greens with cucumber, goat cheese, and almonds. 

| brown rice flour chicken francese over brown rice
with cannellini beans and artichokes.
