The Avocado, Dirty Corn - BLT-Ritto

Ingredients:
(Per One Wrap)

  • Flat Out Low Cal Wrap
  • Grape or Cherry Tomatos
  • A Handful of Baby Spinach
  • 4-5 Strips of cooked Bacon
  • 3-4 Slices of Avocado
  • 3/4 cup of Cooked Corn (preferably fresh cut off last nights corn on the cob (: )
  • 1 tsp of Minced Garlic 
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 dash Chili Powder*
  • Salt & Pepper*


          (* To your desired taste.)

Slice cherry tomatos and toss into small saute pan with corn, garlic,  spices, and a touch of olive oil over a medium heat until everything is well blended.  In the center of the wrap layer baby spinach, then dirty corn, bacon and then avocado- fold in the sides and roll up.  I sometimes eat this with a small drizzle of an apple vinegar reduction that is amazing with the bacon and spices!
